If you are starting from Manchester Piccadilly Station, exit the station and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn left onto Piccadilly. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles (approximately a 10-minute walk) until you reach the junction with Portland Street. Turn right onto Portland Street and continue straight; St Peter's Square will be on your left.

For those starting from Salford, you can take bus number 50 from Salford Crescent. Get off at the stop called 'St Peter's Square (Stop K)'. From there, it's just a short walk into the square. Buses run frequently, making this a convenient option.
