Car
From Elgin, take the A96 towards Aberdeen. After about 24 miles, take the exit onto the A942 towards Portknockie. Follow the A942 for about 4 miles until you reach the village of Portknockie. In the village, follow signs for the coastal path leading to Bow Fiddle Rock. There is a small parking area near the entrance to the path. Parking may be limited, and there are no fees.

From Elgin, catch a bus to Buckie, which operates frequently. Once in Buckie, transfer to another bus heading to Portknockie. The bus stop in Portknockie is near the village center. From there, follow the signs for the coastal path to Bow Fiddle Rock. Note that the bus journey will take approximately 1 hour, and you should check the local bus schedules for exact times.

Once you arrive in Portknockie, the walk to Bow Fiddle Rock is about 1 mile along the coastal path. The path is well-marked and offers stunning views of the coastline.
