Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the city center of Newcastle upon Tyne, walk towards Northumberland Street. Proceed north until you reach the intersection with the A167(M). Cross over to the other side of the road and continue walking north on St. Mary's Place. After a short walk, you will come to the junction with Claremont Road. Continue straight onto Claremont Road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Grandstand Road, which will lead you directly to Town Moor. The park entrance will be on your left.

From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop on Northumberland Street. You can take the Q3 bus towards Newcastle Great Park. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the 'Heaton Road - Town Moor' stop. Once you disembark, walk back a short distance to find the entrance to Town Moor on your right on Grandstand Road.
