If you are traveling by car, you can use the postcode LA22 0LF to navigate to Hill Top. From the M6 motorway, take exit 36 and follow the A590 towards Barrow-in-Furness. After about 10 miles, take the A591 towards Windermere and continue for approximately 12 miles until you reach Ambleside. From Ambleside, follow the signs for Near Sawrey, which is a short drive (about 3 miles) on the B5286 road. Look for the National Trust signs directing you to Hill Top. Please note that there is a parking fee of approximately £5 for non-members at the car park near Hill Top.
