    If you are driving from Newcastle, take the A69 westbound towards Hexham. Continue on the A69 for approximately 30 miles. As you approach Hexham, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the B6305 towards Eastburn. Follow the B6305 for about 2 miles until you reach Eastburn. The entrance to Northumberland National Park will be on your left. There is parking available on-site.

    To reach Northumberland National Park via public transport, start at Hexham Bus Station. Take the bus service number 685 towards Alston. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Eastburn stop. From there, it is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the park entrance. Follow the signs along the road leading into the park.
