Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Nottingham city centre, head east on Market Street towards the Old Market Square. From there, take the tram from the 'Old Market Square' tram stop towards 'Clifton South'. Alight at the 'Nottingham Station' tram stop. Once you are off the tram, walk straight along Carrington Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto London Road/A60 and continue straight. After crossing the bridge over the River Trent, turn right onto Sneinton Road. Continue walking along Sneinton Road until you reach the junction with Windmill Lane. Turn right onto Windmill Lane, and you will see Green's Windmill and Science Centre on your left.

    From Nottingham city centre, walk to the 'Victoria Centre' bus station. Catch the number 44 or 45 bus towards 'Sneinton'. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and alight at the 'Windmill Lane' stop. From there, walk a short distance down Windmill Lane, and you will see Green's Windmill and Science Centre ahead.

    Begin at the 'Nottingham Train Station' tram stop. Board the tram heading towards 'Clifton South' and travel for a couple of stops to 'Nottingham Station'.
