After approximately 2 miles, turn left onto the B4403 road. Continue on the B4403 for about 2.5 miles until you reach the small parking area near the trailhead leading to Pistyll Cain. There are no parking fees, but the parking area can fill up quickly on weekends.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from any major town in Snowdonia National Park to Dolgellau. The bus service 'Gwynedd' operates routes that connect towns like Bangor and Porthmadog to Dolgellau. Once you arrive in Dolgellau, you will need to walk to the A494 and then follow the directions to the B4403. It is approximately a 30-minute walk from the bus stop to the parking area near the trailhead for Pistyll Cain. Please check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary on weekends.
