Walking
If you are starting from York Minster, exit the Minster grounds and head west on Deangate. Continue straight onto Duncombe Place. At the end of the street, turn left onto Parliament Street. You will see the Visit York Information Centre & Gift Shop on your left at 21 Parliament Street, just a short 10-minute walk from the Minster.

From the York Railway Station, exit the station and turn right onto Station Road. Follow Station Road until you reach the traffic lights, then turn left onto Blossom Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where it merges into Micklegate. Follow Micklegate until you see the junction with Parliament Street. Turn right onto Parliament Street and the Visit York Information Centre & Gift Shop will be on your right at 21 Parliament Street.

If you are near the Shambles, start at the Shambles and walk towards the main street, called Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and continue until you reach the junction with Parliament Street. Turn right onto Parliament Street and keep walking for a couple of minutes.
