From the center of Vernal, take Main Street (UT-40) eastbound. Continue on US-40 E for approximately 25 miles. Take the exit for UT-45 S towards Manila. Follow UT-45 S for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with UT-44. Turn left onto UT-44 E. After about 5 miles, you'll reach the area for The Basin, which is marked along the road. Keep an eye out for signs indicating The Basin. There are no tolls on this route, but make sure to fill up on gas before you leave, as services can be sparse.
