Getting There

  • Car

    From the Zion Canyon Visitor Center, head east on Zion Canyon Scenic Drive. Follow the road until you reach the junction with Route 9. Turn south onto Route 9 and continue until you reach the east entrance of Zion National Park. Continue on Route 9 until you see the sign for Hop Valley Trailhead. Turn left at the sign and follow the dirt road to the trailhead parking area. Note that if you are visiting during the busy season, you may need to use the shuttle service from the Visitor Center to access certain areas.

    If you are using public transportation, you can take the Zion Shuttle from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. Board the shuttle and ride to the Temple of Sinawava stop.
