From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and you will see the entrance to St. Peter's Square. Head towards the square, and you will find the beautiful St. Peter's Basilica. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
