    Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn left on Viale Vaticano. Walk straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, you will see the Basilica of St. Peter. Continue walking past the Basilica towards the large gate leading to the Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and follow the signs to the Trastevere area. Walk along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River, then turn left and follow the river until you reach Ponte Sisto (Sisto Bridge). Cross the bridge to enter Trastevere. Once in Trastevere, navigate through the charming streets to Via di S. Pancrazio where Villa Doria Pamphili is located.

    From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Take bus number 870 towards 'Laurentina' and get off at the stop 'Piazza San Giovanni di Dio'.
