Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the colonnade and exit through the left side. Once you are out, turn left and walk along Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Piazza di Villa Borghese. From there, take the first exit onto Viale del Muro Torto. Walk straight for about 300 meters until you see the entrance to Galleria Borghese on your right at Piazzale Scipione Borghese.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest Metro station, Ottaviano, which is about a 15-minute walk away. Head northeast on Via della Conciliazione, then turn left onto Via Ottaviano. Once you reach the metro station, take Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Spagna station. From Spagna, take the exit that leads to Piazza di Spagna and walk towards Via del Boccaccio. Continue straight until you reach Piazza di Villa Borghese. From there, take the first exit onto Viale del Muro Torto and walk about 300 meters to Galleria Borghese, located at Piazzale Scipione Borghese.
