From St. Peter's Square, exit towards the colonnades and head to the left along Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight until you reach Castel Sant'Angelo. Continue past the castle and cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing the bridge, turn right onto Via di Panico, which will lead you to Piazza Navona. Once at Piazza Navona, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and walk until you reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located.

Alternatively, from St. Peter's Square, you can head straight to the main entrance of the Vatican Museums and exit onto Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto Viale Vaticano and walk until you reach Via del Banco di Santo Spirito. Turn left and continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From there, continue as mentioned previously, walking straight to the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, turning left, and walking to Piazza della Rotonda.
