    Getting There

    Walking

    From St. Peter's Square, head towards the colonnade that surrounds the square. Walk straight through the colonnade and exit through the main entrance. Once you are outside, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters. You will see the Tiber River on your right. Keep walking and then take a right onto Via dei Coronari. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Piazza Navona, which will be on your right.

    Alternatively, from St. Peter's Square, walk towards the right side of the square where the colonnades end. Follow the path to Via di Porta Castello and take a left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Here, take a left and continue straight. Once you reach the Tiber River, turn right onto Lungotevere in Sassia and follow the riverbank. After approximately 700 meters, turn left onto Via dei Banchi Nuovi. Continue until you see Piazza Navona on your left.
