From St. Peter's Square, walk towards the colonnade at the front of St. Peter's Basilica. Exit through the main entrance, and as you step outside, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. From here, turn right and walk along the riverbank. After a short walk, you will see the Ponte Fabricio bridge. Cross the bridge, and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn left onto Via del Teatro di Marcello. You will find the Teatro di Marcello on your right.

From St. Peter's Square, walk towards the nearest bus stop located at Via della Conciliazione. Take the bus number 62 or 81 towards Termini. Get off at the stop called 'Teatro di Marcello.' After getting off the bus, you will see the Teatro di Marcello directly ahead. It’s a short walk from the bus stop.
