Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Exit the square and walk straight on Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once across, turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the next bridge, Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II. Cross this bridge and continue straight on Via della Conciliazione until you reach Piazza del Risorgimento. Here, you can catch a bus or tram.
Public Transport
From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 49 or 81. Ride until you reach the stop at 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore'. From there, transfer to bus number 105 towards 'Via Prenestina'. Alight at the stop 'Via Prenestina, 325'. You will find Villa Gordiani a short walk from the bus stop.
Taxi
For a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from St. Peter's Square. Tell the driver to take you to 'Via Prenestina, 325'. The journey should take around 20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to check if the taxi has a meter running to ensure a fair fare.
