Walking
From the entrance of the Vatican Gardens, head towards the exit on Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Via della Conciliazione. Turn right and walk down this road until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo, and continue straight ahead. You will see signs pointing towards the historic center of Rome. Follow the signs until you reach Piazza Navona. From there, continue walking towards the northwest until you reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located.

Public Transport
Exit the Vatican Gardens and walk to the nearest bus stop at Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 40 or 64 towards Termini Station. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards Via del Corso and then take a left onto Via di Pietra, which leads you to Piazza della Rotonda. The Pantheon will be directly in front of you.
