Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via di San Gregorio. Turn right onto Via di San Gregorio and continue until you reach Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, take the stairs up to the Capitoline Hill. The Santa Maria in Aracoeli Basilica is located at Scala dell'Arce Capitolina, 12. It will be on your left as you approach the top of the stairs.
