Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the Vatican Museums' entrance. Once outside, continue straight until you reach Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto Viale Vaticano and continue walking. After approximately 700 meters, you will reach Piazza San Pietro. From there, take the first exit onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue along this road until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo and continue straight onto Via di Panico. This street will lead you to Piazza della Rotonda, where the Obelisco del Pantheon is located. The total walking distance is about 2 kilometers and should take around 25 minutes.

From the Sistine Chapel, head to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81, which goes directly to the area near the Pantheon. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop named 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele/Navona'. From there, it’s a short walk to Piazza della Rotonda. Head towards Via della Rotonda, and you will find the Obelisco del Pantheon right in the center of the square. The total travel time, including walking and waiting, should be about 30 minutes.
