Walking
From the entrance of Vatican Necropolis, exit towards St. Peter's Basilica. Head towards the grand staircase leading up to the basilica. Once you reach the main square, walk straight towards the obelisk in the center of St. Peter's Square. Continue walking straight until you reach the left side of the square, where you'll see the entrance to Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and continue walking until you reach Piazzale Aurelio, which will be on your right. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Vatican Necropolis, make your way to the nearest bus stop located on Via del Vaticano. Take bus number 64 towards 'P.za Stazione S. Pietro'. After a few stops, get off at the stop 'Piazzale Aurelio'. The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes. After exiting the bus, you will find Piazzale Aurelio right in front of you.
