Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore.' From there, transfer to tram line 5 or 14 towards 'Stazione Trastevere.' After 5 stops, get off at 'Piazza di Porta Latina.' You'll find Via di Porta Latina just a short walk from the tram stop.

    From Vatican Radio, head southeast on Via della Conciliazione toward Lungotevere in Sassia. Turn right onto Lungotevere in Sassia, then turn left onto Via di Monte del Gallo. Continue straight to stay on Via di Monte del Gallo, and merge onto Viale dei Bastioni di Michelangelo. Take the ramp to A90/Roma Centro. Merge onto A90, then take the exit toward Via Casilina. Continue on Via Casilina and follow signs for 'Via di Porta Latina.' The destination will be on your left.
