Turn left onto Tràng Thi and walk until you reach the intersection with Điện Biên Phủ Street. Turn right onto Điện Biên Phủ and continue walking until you reach Nguyễn Thái Học Street. The Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum will be on your right at 66 P. Nguyễn Thái Học.

From the Old Quarter, walk to the nearest bus stop on Hàng Bạc Street. Take bus number 09 or 18. Get off at the 'Công Viên Hòa Bình' (Peace Park) stop. From there, walk east along Nguyễn Thái Học Street for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum at 66 P. Nguyễn Thái Học on your left.
