Start at the La Crosse Transit Center located at 200 S 3rd St, La Crosse, WI. Take the Route 7 bus towards the La Crosse Regional Airport. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at 7th St & Main St. Transfer to Route 4, heading towards the 'West Ave & St. Joseph's' stop. Continue on Route 4 for about 15 minutes until you get off at the stop near 5th Ave & 54th St. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, following Justin Rd.
