We had Ivan as our tour guide. The rickshaw service was such a fun and unique way to experience the beautiful city of Florence. We had walked past a few spots he stopped but didn’t know any of the details to the buildings or signage. Ivan shared so many interesting historical facts and took pictures of us at every spot so that we can have the memories to last a lifetime!!

This was a really nice way to see Florence. Our guide was wonderful and very helpful. He gave us local recommendations of places to do and things to eat, and also what places to avoid that are tourist traps.

We had a great afternoon with Ivan who was knowledgeable, answered our questions and took time to bring the tour to life. It was a great way to get to know the key places so we could decide where to go back and spend more time. Ivan was also happy to share some recommendations and his personal favorites. Stefano contacted us by WhatsApp on the morning of the tour and even offered to reschedule if we didn’t want to do the tour in the rain. Would really recommend.

This tour was what made me fall in love with Florence. I don’t typically write reviews but this tour was so wonderful that I have to write about it. Stefano was our tour guide for the trip and he was absolutely wonderful. He picked us up right from the restaurant where we ate dinner and then adventured on a whirl-win ride not just across Florence but also across history. Stefano entertainingly educated us on the vast history of Florence spanning from the medieval ages to the renaissance to the enlightenment to present time. I am a curious person with many questions and he gave detailed answers to all my (many) questions about Italian culture and politics throughout history and present day implications. Additionally, he told stories that he learned from his grandfather who lived in Florence which added a personal connection to the tour. We began our tour in the evening and Stefano brought a blanket for our ride when it got chilly. He also accommodated to my desire to stop for photos, even when it made our tour go about a half hour long. Stefano also gave us recommendations for different restaurants and activities based on what we showed our interests to be, and even advised the best time to do certain activities. He even offered his number so we could ask questions or ask for recommendations later. Also, the tour was in the evening and my friend and I are two girls in our 20s travelling by ourselves. Safety was a concern of mine going into the tour but Stefano’s knowledge and friendly demeanor made us feel perfectly safe and comfortable during the ride. He even showed us his identification at the start without us even having to ask. He even dropped us off right at the door to our air bnb at no extra cost, saving us time walking through the city in the night. If you are considering this tour of Florence, I could not encourage you more to book it! It was the highlight of my whole two week stay in Italy!

Stefano gave us a wonderful tour of Florence! He told us about the history of everything we saw, allowed us to stop for photos, and provided a great dinner recommendation afterwards. He came prepared for the chilly evening with a blanket which we greatly appreciated! Would absolutely recommend booking with him.

Stefano was an incredible guide who was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Florence. The tour we took with him was THE highlight of our stay in Florence. Could not recommend highly enough!! Thank you Stefano!

Ivan was our guide and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable! I am traveling with my 82 year old mother who is mobility challenged and we were able to fit her collapsible walker in the rickshaw between us which was really helpful. The rain on our first day created a little bit of a snafu but Stefano was incredibly kind and generous in allowing us to reschedule. He stayed in constant communication with me and sincerely wished for our excursion and our vacation to be fun and enjoyable.

Ivan_S

This was truly the best way to see the city of Florence!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience incredible!!
