Walking
From the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, head south on the main path. Follow the signs for the Rim Trail. You will pass the Yavapai Geology Museum on your left. Continue walking along the rim, and you will find the South Rim Trail starting shortly after the museum. Just keep following the trail signs, and you will be on the South Rim Trail in no time.
