Getting There

  • Driving

    From the Rincon Mountain Visitor Center, head east on Cactus Forest Drive. Continue for approximately 6 miles. Javelina Rocks Overlook will be on the right side of the road, with a small parking area available. Park entrance fee is $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.

  • Public Transport + Walking

    Take the Sun Tran bus route 5 to Broadway and Houghton. From there, use a rideshare service (Uber or Lyft) to the entrance of Saguaro National Park East (3693 S. Old Spanish Trail). This ride will cost approximately $20-$30. Once inside the park, follow Cactus Forest Drive for about 2.5 miles to Javelina Rocks.
