Car
If you're traveling by car, start on the Apache Trail (AZ-88). You can enter the Apache Trail from either the east or west, but it's best to approach from the west for scenic views. Drive along the Apache Trail until you reach the Canyon Lake Vista, which is located approximately 18 miles from the junction of State Route 88 and State Route 60. Look for the sign for Canyon Lake Vista on your right. There is no fee for parking at the vista.

Currently, there are limited public transportation options directly to Canyon Lake Vista. However, you can take a bus to Apache Junction. From Apache Junction, you may need to use a rideshare service or arrange for a taxi to reach Canyon Lake Vista as public transit does not service the area directly. Once you arrive at the vista, it is easily accessible by foot from the parking area, which is just a short walk to the viewing points.
