Car
If driving, start from Sevaberd and head northeast on the main road towards the Geghama Mountains. Follow signs for The Lake with Stones (QARAYIN) for 15-20 minutes. Turn onto the dirt road indicated by the sign and drive for approximately 10 minutes. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended due to the rugged road conditions. Upon reaching the parking area, a trail leads to the lake. There are no tolls. Parking is free and generally available.

Public Transport
Take a minibus from Yerevan to Sevaberd from the central bus station for around 1,500 AMD (approximately $4 USD). Upon arrival in Sevaberd, hire a local taxi to The Lake with Stones for about 3,000 AMD (approximately $8 USD). The taxi ride takes approximately 15 minutes; negotiate the fare beforehand.

For adventurous travelers already in the Geghama Mountains, hike to The Lake with Stones. Navigate towards the nearest trail heading south. The hike can take 2-3 hours depending on the starting point and pace. Carry sufficient water and wear appropriate hiking shoes. There are no associated costs.
