Getting There

    From Yeghegis Village, head southwest on the main road (the Yeghegis-Alaverdi road). Continue for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the junction near the Yeghegis River. At the junction, take a left turn to follow the signs towards Yelpin. Drive for another 3 kilometers until you reach the coordinates R34W+737, Yelpin. The entrance to Andzavajur Gorge is located along this route. Please note that parking may be limited, so be sure to find a safe spot to leave your car. There are no toll roads.

    From Yeghegis Village, you can take a minibus (marshrutka) to Yelpin. These minibuses usually run approximately every hour from the central stop in Yeghegis. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Yelpin, you can ask locals for directions to Andzavajur Gorge, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the village center. Be prepared for a short hike as the location is slightly off the main road. The cost of the marshrutka is typically around 300 AMD.
