The final stretch involves a narrow road leading up to the monastery. Be aware that parking is available near the entrance but may require a small fee.

To reach the Great Hermitage of Tatev using public transport, you can begin at the Goris bus station. Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Tatev.
