The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes and costs around 500 AMD. From Tatev village, follow the signs towards the hermitage, which is about a 20-minute walk uphill.

If traveling by car from Goris, head south on the M2 highway towards Tatev. After approximately 20 km, take the exit towards Tatev Monastery. Follow the signs leading to Tatev Monastery and then to the Great Hermitage of Tatev. Park in the designated area near the entrance. The hermitage is about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot.

For a unique experience, take the Wings of Tatev cable car from Halidzor village to Tatev. A round trip ticket costs approximately 7,000 AMD.
