From the town of Atherton, head northwest on Main Street towards the Kennedy Highway/A1. Continue on the Kennedy Highway for about 20 kilometers. When you reach Mareeba, turn left onto the Mareeba-Dimbulah Road. After about 8 kilometers, turn right onto a dirt road that leads to Kahlpahlim Rock Trail head, located at coordinates XJ77+68, Mareeba QLD 4880. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for unsealed roads, as the last stretch may be rough.
