Walking
From the center of Hallstatt, start at the market square (Marktplatz). Head east on Seestraße, following the lakeside path along Hallstättersee. Continue until you reach the funicular railway station (Salzwelten Hallstatt). Here, you can buy a ticket for the funicular. Take the funicular up the mountain to the Hallstatt Skywalk station. Once you exit the funicular, follow the signs to the Skywalk entrance. After a short walk, you will reach the Hallstatt Skywalk, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the village and the lake below.
