If you are traveling by car, head towards the village of Mallnitz in the Hohe Tauern National Park. From Mallnitz, take the Seebachtal road (Seebachtalstraße). Follow this road for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the parking area near the Schleierwasserfall trailhead. Parking may incur a small fee, so be prepared with cash. The trail to the waterfall begins from the parking area and is well marked.

Public Transportation
To reach Schleierwasserfall using public transportation, start by taking a train to the Mallnitz train station. From there, catch the local bus that goes to Seebachtal. The bus will drop you off at the Seebachtal stop, from which you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach the Schleierwasserfall trailhead. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as service may be limited, especially on weekends.

Once you arrive at the trailhead near the parking area, follow the clearly marked hiking path towards Schleierwasserfall. The hike is moderately easy and takes about 30-45 minutes to reach the waterfall. Make sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes and carry water and snacks, as there are no facilities along the way.
