From Baku, the most common way to reach Lahich is by car. The drive takes approximately 3-4 hours. The route involves taking the highway towards Ismailli and then turning onto the mountain road leading to Lahich. The final stretch can be bumpy, but it is now a sealed road suitable for regular sedans. Be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly in the mountains. Hiring a private car and driver is a popular option. Parking is available near the entrance of the village.

To reach Lahich by public transport, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Baku International Bus Terminal to Ismailli. The bus departs at 9 am and costs around 8 AZN. From Ismailli's Avtovagzal (bus station), take a local bus to Lahich for approximately 5 AZN. Alternatively, a taxi from Ismailli to Lahich costs around 60 AZN. The bus ride from Ismailli to Lahich takes approximately 40 minutes.
