Walking
From the Trebinje city center, head towards the bus station located on the north side of the city. Once you reach the bus station, take a local bus towards Dubrovnik. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Dubrovnik bus station, exit the station and walk towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the Old Town area. From there, follow the signs leading to the fortress. The St. Juan Festung is located just off the main roadway along the coast.

Start at the Trebinje city center and make your way to the main bus station. Board a bus heading to Dubrovnik, which typically runs every hour. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Dubrovnik bus station. From there, take bus line 8 towards Ploče. Get off at the stop named 'Ploče' and walk towards the coast. Follow the path along the water, and you will see signs directing you to St. Juan Festung, which is located on a hill overlooking the sea.
