Air
The most common way to reach Moremi is by flying into Maun International Airport (MUB). From Maun, you can take a charter flight to one of the airstrips within or near the reserve, such as Xakanaxa or Khwai. Mack Air operates shuttle flights from Maun to various lodges, with rates typically between US$210 and US$240 per person per way. The flight provides a scenic overview of the Okavango Delta.

Road
Alternatively, you can drive to Moremi from Maun, which is about a 4-5 hour journey to the entrance gates. A 4x4 vehicle is essential due to the challenging road conditions, especially during the wet season. From Maun, take the road towards the South Gate, which is tarred for the first 60km, then turns into a gravel road. Entrance fees for international non-residents are BWP 270 (approximately €20) per person per day, plus BWP 115 (approximately €8) per vehicle per day. Park fees can be paid in cash at the gate.
