Start your journey by taking the metro to the 'Cinelândia' station, which is on Line 1 (the yellow line). Once you arrive at Cinelândia, follow the signs to exit towards 'Av. Rio Branco'. From there, walk towards the 'Praça Floriano' and look for the 'VLT' (Light Rail Vehicle) station.

At the 'Praça Floriano' VLT stop, board the VLT tram heading towards 'Parada dos Navios'. Stay on the tram for about 6 stops, until you reach 'Praça Mauá'. Here, you will need to transfer to the VLT line towards 'Orla' and get off at 'Aterro do Flamengo' stop.
