To reach Pedra da Tartaruga from Teresópolis, take a bus from the main bus terminal towards the entrance of Serra dos Órgãos National Park. Buses depart frequently. From the park entrance, follow the well-marked 'Cascata do Imbuí' trail, which starts near the parking area. The hike to Pedra da Tartaruga is approximately 3 km and considered moderately difficult, taking about 1-2 hours. Bus fare to the park entrance is approximately R$28-R$40.

If driving from Teresópolis, navigate to the entrance of Serra dos Órgãos National Park via the BR-116 highway. The park entrance is about 17 km from the city center. Once inside the park, follow signs for the 'Cascata do Imbuí' trail to the parking area near the trailhead. From there, the trail to Pedra da Tartaruga begins. Parking costs vary but expect to pay around R$10-R$20 for the day.
