    Getting There

    Walking

    Start at the center of Assomada, near the Municipal Market. Head south on Avenida 1 de Maio. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Rua 5 de Julho. Turn left and continue walking straight for about 2 km. You will eventually see signs directing you to Praia. After a total of about 4 km of walking, you will arrive at the Praia area where the Presidential Palace is located. Look for the large building with flags outside, which is the Presidential Palace.

    Public Transport (Minibus)

    From the center of Assomada, walk to the minibus station located near the Municipal Market. Look for a minibus labeled 'Praia'. Board the minibus and pay the driver (the fare is usually around 100 CVE). The ride to Praia takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the main bus terminal in Praia. From there, you can walk south on Avenida 1 de Maio for about 10 minutes until you reach the Presidential Palace, which is located at WF8R+H5X, Praia.

    Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from Assomada to Praia. You can find taxis near the Municipal Market or you can ask your hotel to call one for you. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver to take you to the Presidential Palace at WF8R+H5X, Praia.
