Turn right on 7th Avenue and walk until you reach Mission Street. Take a left on Mission Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Highway 1. You will need to cross the highway to reach the bus stop for the Santa Cruz Metro. Catch the 35 or 41 bus towards Santa Cruz. When you arrive in Santa Cruz, get off at the stop nearest to the Wharf, which is at the intersection of Front and Pacific Avenue. From there, walk straight toward the coast, and you will see the Santa Cruz Wharf directly ahead, located at 21 Municipal Wharf.

    If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Start by heading east on Ocean Avenue and then turn left on San Carlos Street. Continue to 7th Avenue and turn right. Follow 7th Avenue to Mission Street and then take a left. Cycle along Mission Street until you reach Highway 1. Use the bike lane to safely cross the highway and access the Santa Cruz Metro bus stop. You can take your bike on the bus as well. Board the 35 or 41 bus to Santa Cruz. Once you arrive, bike down Pacific Avenue towards the coast, and you will find the Santa Cruz Wharf at the end of the street.
