Car
If you're driving, start from St. John's, the capital city of Newfoundland and Labrador. Take the Trans-Canada Highway (Route 1) heading west. After approximately 80 km, take exit 25 for Route 70 towards Bay Roberts. Continue on Route 70 for about 15 km until you reach the town of Bay Roberts. From there, follow the signs to Port de Grave by taking Route 1A. As you enter Port de Grave, follow the road until you reach the end of the peninsula where the Green Point Light House is located. Parking is available near the lighthouse.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from St. John's to Bay Roberts. The bus service is operated by DRL Coachlines. Once you arrive in Bay Roberts, you will need to take a taxi to Port de Grave, as public transport does not go directly to the lighthouse. The taxi ride should take about 15 minutes and will cost approximately $30. After reaching Port de Grave, you can walk to the Green Point Light House, which is located at the end of the peninsula.
