If you are in the main square of Tunja, Plaza de Bolívar, start by facing the Cathedral Basilica Metropolitana Metropolitana. From there, walk northwest along Calle 18 for about 5 blocks until you reach the intersection with Carrera 10. Turn left onto Carrera 10 and continue walking for approximately 3 blocks until you reach the Glorieta del Gobernador, which is a roundabout that features a significant monument.
