If you are driving to Savin Rock Park, start from downtown New Haven. Take I-95 South from the Route 34 West exit. Stay on I-95 for about 8 miles. Take exit 43 for Route 1 toward West Haven. Continue on Route 1, which becomes Captain Thomas Blvd. After about 2 miles, you will see Savin Rock Park on your left at 435 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516. There is free parking available in designated areas at the park.
