Getting There

Train
From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Ave. You can walk there from the downtown area in about 10 minutes. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to New York City (you will be heading to Grand Central Terminal). Board the Metro-North Railroad train on the New Haven Line heading towards Grand Central. The trip takes approximately 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Grand Central, exit the station and follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit.

Bus
Take the CT Transit bus route 10 from the Greenwich Bus Terminal. You can reach the bus terminal from downtown Greenwich by walking for about 5 minutes. The bus will take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. The bus ride will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk towards 42nd Street. From there, you can either take a subway or walk to Rockefeller Center, which is about a 15-minute walk.

Train and Subway
Walk to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Ave. Take a Metro-North train to Grand Central Terminal (about 50 minutes). After arriving at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 7 train towards Flushing and transfer at Times Square-42nd Street to the N, Q, R, or W train heading towards Astoria-Ditmars Blvd. Get off at 49th St, which is a short walk to Rockefeller Center. The entire trip will take you about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
