Train
From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Ave, Greenwich, CT. You can walk there by heading west on E Putnam Ave, then turn right onto Railroad Ave. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to New York, NY. Board a Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. Upon arrival at Grand Central, follow the signs to transfer to the subway.

Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, take the S (Shuttle) train to Times Square-42nd Street. At Times Square, transfer to the 1 train heading downtown. Ride the 1 train for several stops until you reach 14th Street. Exit the train and follow the signs to the Meatpacking District, which is a short walk from the station.

Alternatively, from the Greenwich Train Station, you can take a Connecticut Transit Bus (Route 10) to Stamford Transportation Center. From there, transfer to a Metro-North train to Grand Central Terminal in NYC. Once at Grand Central, follow the same subway instructions to reach the Meatpacking District.
