From Greenwich, you can take the Metro-North Railroad from the Greenwich Train Station. Board the New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The trip will take approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the Grand Central Terminal stop in Manhattan. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit.
Subway
From Grand Central Terminal, walk to the nearby 42nd Street-Bryant Park subway station. Take the B or D train towards Brooklyn. Transfer at 59th Street–Columbus Circle to the A, B, C, or D train. Get off at the 59th Street–Columbus Circle station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Metropolitan Opera House. Head northwest on Central Park South until you reach Lincoln Center.

From the Greenwich Train Station, you can also take the MTA Bus to New York City. Check the bus schedule for routes that go to Manhattan. Once you arrive in Manhattan, find a local bus or subway station to reach Lincoln Center. The M5 bus can take you directly to Lincoln Center.
