From Midtown Manhattan, take the 2 or 3 subway line to Park Place. Alternatively, take the 1, A, or C subway line to WTC Cortlandt. From the Fulton Street/Park Place stop, One World Trade Center is a short walk. Subway fare is $3 per ride. Alternatively, the PATH train connects New Jersey to the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Visit the NJ PATH train for schedules and fare prices.

From the 9/11 Memorial, One World Trade Center is a short walk north. Follow signs within the World Trade Center complex to reach the entrance on West Street. Note that the entrance to the Observatory is located on the West Plaza alongside West Street at the Northwest corner of the World Trade Center site and is bordered by Vesey Street to the North.

Taxis and ride-sharing services can drop off passengers near One World Trade Center. A convenient drop-off location is near 7 World Trade Center at the corner of Barclay Street and Greenwich Street, or near 4 World Trade Center at the corner of Liberty and Church Streets. From there, it is a short walk to One World Trade Center's entrance. Expect to pay between $19 and $24 for a taxi from Times Square. Note: Traffic congestion can affect travel times and fares.
