As you approach the Arorangi District, you will notice the road curving towards the lagoon. Keep an eye out for signs indicating 'Aroa Lagoon Marine Reserve'. When you reach the intersection near the Aroa Beach, turn left and walk towards the beach area. The marine reserve is accessible from the beach.
